Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by The Operatic Physio, including home-based MSK physiotherapy and in-person vocal coaching.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged and any advance payment will be refunded or credited, as preferred.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

2. Physiotherapy Services

Once a physiotherapy session has taken place, refunds are not available, as professional time and clinical services have already been provided.

​

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your physiotherapy care, you are encouraged to raise this directly so concerns can be addressed promptly and appropriately.

3. Vocal Coaching Services

Vocal coaching sessions are provided as one-to-one tuition. Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.

If a coaching session must be cancelled by The Operatic Physio, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Pre-Paid Sessions or Packages

Where sessions are pre-paid:

• Refunds for unused sessions may be offered at the discretion of The Operatic Physio

• Any used sessions will be deducted at the standard session rate

• Refunds will not be provided for sessions cancelled outside the notice period

Specific terms for packages will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. sudden illness or emergencies), at the discretion of The Operatic Physio.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
